Nurses can phone-triage sick patients for questions or possibility of setting up Telehealth visits if symptomatic
Covid19 - please inform staff if suspected exposure, fever, cough, loss of smell when making appointment
There is minimal congregating in the waiting room
OIT and allergy shot patients are triaged, dosed, then return to office-adjacent parking area for required observation periods
Minor patients are asked to be accompanied by a single adult family member
Masks are optional, however if requested our staff would be happy to mask for duration of your visit

We believe people who have asthma, food allergies, seasonal allergy and other allergic conditions should be well controlled, have treatment protocols in place and be able to live completely normal lives.
Serving the northern suburbs of Chicago for over thirty years, we have a long and proud history of providing exceptional allergy and asthma care.
We see adult and pediatric patients for evaluation and treatment of allergies including food OIT, seasonal allergies, asthma, cough, ‘hay fever’ rhinitis, sinus problems, urticaria hives, eczema, allergic insect and drug reactions.
Our physician, PA and NP are independent, board certified practitioners, affiliated with NorthShore Health System, Lurie Children's of Northwestern and the University of Chicago Medical School.
